AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUPPORT SERVICES TO DISABLED STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred eighty-four thousand dollars ($484,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing support services to disabled students. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
