Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, before "EMPLOYEES" insert "EMPLOYERS AND".

2. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "June 30, 1992" and insert in lieu thereof "March 31, 2000".

3. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "two dollars ($2.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "one dollar eighty-five cents ($1.85)".

4. On page 2, line 4, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof "one dollar eighty-five cents ($1.85)".

5. On page 2, line 25, strike "July 1, 1999" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2000".
