MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR AFTER-SCHOOL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS AND OTHER STUDENTS FROM THE TOHATCHI PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-seven thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($67,750) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing after-school vocational education to special education and other students from six to twelve years of age in Tohatchi in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
