SENATE BILL 626, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Floor Amendments 1 and 4.

2. On page 5, line 3, after the semicolon; insert "provided that before the application is complete, the department or local agency shall give the applicant a reasonable estimate of costs of an accelerated permit applicant review process;".
