FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO LA JOYA ACEQUIA IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to make improvements to the La Joya acequia in Socorro county.
