FOR PHASE II CONSTRUCTION TO THE THOREAU RECREATION CENTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase II construction to the Thoreau recreation center in McKinley county.
