REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN TULAROSA IN

OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-four thousand seven hundred five dollars ($124,705) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose building, to pave parking areas, and to purchase and install a chain link fence, aluminum bleachers and a flag pole, in Tularosa in Otero county.
