REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RED VALLEY CHAPTER AREA IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred eighty thousand dollars ($380,000) to expand the multipurpose building for senior and headstart office space for the Red Valley chapter in San Juan county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct an adult in-home-care building in Mitten Rock for the Red Valley chapter in San Juan county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a transfer station for garbage disposal for the Red Valley chapter in San Juan county.
