REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PECOS RIVER VILLAGE MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million six hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($1,655,000) for improvements to the dining hall, restrooms, lobbies, serving areas and kitchen at Pecos River Village multipurpose building in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
