FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE LORA MANGUM SHIELDS SCIENCE BUILDING AT NEW

MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to renovate the Lora Mangum Shields science building to address code deficiencies and construct a new facility at New Mexico highlands university in Las

Vegas in San Miguel county.
