FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NORTH AND EAST AREAS OF HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for continued improvements to the residential street rehabilitation program in the north and east areas of Hobbs in Lea county.
