REQUESTED BY

FOR PHASE III OF THE EFFLUENT REUSE PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design, construct and implement phase III of the effluent reuse project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
