FOR UPGRADING THE ACEQUIA LA CIENEGA AND EXISTING POND IN LA CIENEGA IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) to upgrade the acequia La Cienega, specifically the existing pond, embankments and head works, to ensure its use for irrigation in La Cienega in Santa Fe county.
