FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ARTESIA FOR THE MAINSTREET

PROGRAM IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip improvements to historic downtown Artesia as part of the Mainstreet program in Artesia in Eddy county.
