FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD FOR HOUSE WIRING

IN CHICHILTAH IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

Severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs pursuant to Laws 1998, Chapter 7, Section 35 for house wiring in Chichiltah in McKinley county may be expended through fiscal year 2002. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
