FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SANTA TERESA HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY IN SANTA TERESA

IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to expand and improve the Santa Teresa high school library in Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county.
