FOR AN AVIATION MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT FACILITY AT EASTERN NEW

MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one million seven hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($1,747,500) to design, construct, equip and furnish the aviation maintenance department facilities at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
