FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a neighborhood park, including necessary landscaping, sidewalks, parking, lighting and equipment purchase and installation, located on the southeast corner of the lot bounded by south Virginia avenue and east Reed street in Roswell in Chaves county.
