STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MELROSE IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for road repairs in Melrose in Curry county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a swimming pool in Melrose in Curry county; and

• to the state department of public education

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and install carpets in the Melrose public schools in Curry county.
