FOR A MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN SPACEPORT CITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and acquire property for a municipal building for Spaceport City, provided that the city remains incorporated, in Dona Ana county.
