FOR RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million two hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($2,253,000) for reconstruction improvements at the wastewater treatment plant in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
