FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS IN TECOLOTITO IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve roads in Tecolotito in San Miguel county.
