FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION TO CONSTRUCT THE GILA-NEBLETT FIRE STATION IN HIDALGO

COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection ZZZZZZ of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to purchase and install firefighting equipment and renovate the fire station in the Gila-Neblett fire district in Hidalgo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to construct a fire station in the Gila-Neblett fire district.
