REQUESTED BY

FOR AN ENGINEERING STUDY TOWARD SOLUTIONS TO WASTEWATER PROBLEMS IN

THE KIRTLAND AREA OF SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to conduct an engineering study to identify and evaluate solutions for problems related to the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater occurring in the Kirtland area of San Juan county.
