FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE MANUELITO HEAD START BUILDING IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000) for a feasibility study to determine whether the Manuelito head start school building requires renovation or new construction in McKinley county.
