FOR A YOUTH RECREATION PARK IN THE VILLAGE OF DONA ANA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for land purchase, landscaping and equipment purchase and installation for a youth recreation park in the village of Dona Ana in Dona Ana county.
