FOR ACQUIRING THE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA IN

GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to acquire the remainder of the water and sewer system for the city of Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
