FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BRING THE STATE CRIME LABORATORY UP TO NATIONAL STANDARDS IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

one million seven hundred thousand dollars ($1,700,000) to the department of public safety for capital improvements to bring the state crime laboratory up to the national standards in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
