I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred twenty-three thousand dollars ($323,000) for archaeological clearance, environmental assessments, rights of way and planning, designing and constructing water systems in Rincon Marquis and Sandspring in McKinley county.
