Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 209 appropriates $300.0 in recurring general fund to the Department of Environment for FY2000 for a pilot project using reverse osmosis water treatment technology in the city of Alamogordo. Any balance at the end of FY2000 shall revert to the general fund.
