SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 779 appropriates 500.0 from the general fund to the Department of Health in FY 2000 for the purpose of implementing the Native American provisions of the child health program in cooperation with the Department of Health.

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS

Administration of these monies is within the budgeted capacity of this department.
