Synopsis of Bill



Senate Bill 659 appropriates $75,000 from the general fund to the New Mexico Office of Indian Affairs to contract for services with the Farmington inter-tribal Indian organization.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



There would be a minimal administrative and fiscal impact on the Office of Indian Affairs. The OIA would be required to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract the services intended in Senate Bill 659.
