SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 20

Amendment sponsored by Senator Timothy Z. Jennings

1. On page 2, line 7, strike "Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)".

2. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "three hundred thirty-three thousand seven hundred dollars ($333,700)" and insert in lieu thereof "eighty-three thousand seven hundred dollars ($83,700)".

3. On page 3, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

"H. Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for foster care payments.".

4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
