has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 3, strike lines 21 through 25 and on page 4, strike lines 1 through 3.

3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

4. On page 4, line 5, strike "2000" and insert in lieu thereof "2001".
