has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 5, after "duty" insert "; provided, however, a commissioner may receive per diem and mileage while on official business, regardless of the destination. The commission shall adopt rules specifying activities that qualify as official business". , and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
