has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 8, line 10, after "nation" insert "or the Navajo nation".

2. On page 8, line 16, after "project" insert "and a building project".

3. On page 10, line 4, after "projects" insert "and a street project".

4. On page 10, line 18, strike "and".

5. On page 10, line 20, strike the period, insert a semicolon and between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new subsections:

"YYYYY. to Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, Red River, Taos, Taos county intergovernmental council or all or any of the above for regional solid waste projects;

ZZZZZ. to the Desert Sand mutual domestic water consumers association for a water project;

AAAAAA. to the Dixon mutual domestic water consumers association for a water project;

BBBBBB. to the Guadalupe soil and water conservation district for an infrastructure project;

CCCCCC. to Mountainair for a wastewater project;

DDDDDD. to Rio Rancho for a water project; and

EEEEEE. to the Tierra Amarilla mutual domestic water consumers association for a water project.".
