Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 76

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 24, after "students," strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

2. On page 1, line 24, strike "and remove" and on line 25 strike "teachers who show little promise of success".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
