Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 77

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 24, after "to" insert "state board of education approved".

2. On page 1, line 25, strike "accredited".

3. On page 2, line 2, strike "school setting" and insert in lieu thereof "or state board of education approved private school setting in New Mexico".

4. On page 2, line 11, before the period insert ", including a rule providing for the repayment, within one year, of all scholarship funds granted a student if that student does not comply with the provisions of Paragraph (2) of Subsection B of this section".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
