HOUSE BILL 243

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 15, after "property" insert "when substantial work is required of the participant to generate the earnings".

2. On page 4, line 15, strike "and".

3. On page 4, line 16, after "income", insert ", provided that the work required of the participant to generate the income is not substantial; and similar kinds of income".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
