AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO BE USED BY THE UNIVERSITY'S ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT TO SUPPORT THE GRAND NATIONALS WRESTLING TOURNAMENT OF THE AMERICAN ATHLETIC UNION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to be used by the university's athletic department to support the grand nationals wrestling tournament of the American athletic union. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
