Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 349

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25 and page 2, line 1, strike "two million dollars ($2,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four million dollars ($4,000,000)".

2. On page 2, line 1, after "in" insert "fiscal year 2001 and no more than two million dollars ($2,000,000) may be issued in".

3. On page 2, line 2, after "year" insert "thereafter".
