AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE DEVELOPMENT OF A PROPOSED PERMANENT FARMERS' MARKET SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA FE'S RAILYARD PROPERTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of the New Mexico department of agriculture continuing the development of a proposed permanent farmers' market site in the city of Santa Fe's railyard property. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
