AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ASSESS THE FEASIBILITY OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SITES IN THE MEXICAN SPRINGS AREA OF MCKINLEY COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to assess the feasibility of business development sites by producing a master plan, market survey, conceptual site design, business plan and a financial plan in the Mexican Springs area of McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
