AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF THE POISON AND DRUG INFORMATION CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-nine thousand six hundred dollars ($149,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of supporting the poison and drug information center at the university of New Mexico health sciences center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
