SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 125

1. On page 12, lines 24 and 25, strike ", with the exception of a sex offender's social security number,".

2. On page 13, line 1, after the period insert:

"The registration information provided to the public pursuant to this subsection shall not include a sex offender's social security number or a sex offender's place of employment, unless the sex offender's employment requires him to have direct contact with children.".
