REQUESTED BY

FOR A HEALTH CLINIC AND SENIOR CITIZEN FACILITY AT CENTRO FAMILIAR IN THE

SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state agency on aging

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design and construct a health clinic and senior citizen facility at centro familiar in the south valley in Bernalillo county.
