ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to construct, furnish and equip facilities for the campus of southwestern Indian polytechnic institute in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
