STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF ACOMA IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state agency on aging

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for renovations and additions to the senior daycare center at the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county; and

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to develop telecommunications infrastructure at the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for phase 1 development of a multipurpose facility at the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county;

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design and construct a public safety facility for the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county; and

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to plan, design and construct an early childhood building for head start and child care activities at the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county.
