FOR A HYDROLOGY STUDY FOR THE ORO GRANDE MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for a hydrology study, to include two five-hundred-feet test holes, for the Oro Grande mutual domestic water consumers association in Otero county.
