STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MILAN IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for water system improvements in Milan in Cibola county;

to the interstate stream commission

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire water rights for Milan in Cibola county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to purchase heavy equipment for Milan in Cibola county;

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase service personnel vehicles in Milan in Cibola county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate an administrative building in Milan in Cibola county.
